"A really nice hotel. We stayed one night in a family room (family of 4 with 2 teenage girls). The room was spacious and well laid out. It was clean and modern. Both check in and check out were quick and easy and the staff were really friendly. We used the hotel restaurant and bar which was super convenient after 2 weeks of travelling. All in all this place far exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Alnwick."

"I can't fault this hotel, from the minute we walked in and were greeted with a friendly welcome. The place is spotless, comfortable and cosy. Food was lovely, staff couldn't do enough to help. Great views and the location is perfect for exploring Seahouses and the local sights like bamburgh castle. Highly recommended 👌 "

"Marcus and the team were amazing! Great service, atensuin to detail and really friendly made our stay fabulous. We booked dinner for the first night, the food was lovely, so much so we eat there again the following night. We’d definitely recommend the fish and chips, pizza and Zuppa Di Pesce - amazing fresh fish and tomato soup! "

"It’s very basic and worn but very clean and quaint. Staff universally friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and our daughter loved the bunk bed in the family room. Fairly quiet for us at night but I don’t think they were fully booked. Very convenient to Alnwick Castle and Lilidorei. Would recommend 100% for a short stay (or longer if you aren’t fussy or expecting luxury). "

"Quirky and classy at the same time. Just really enjoyed our stay and admired the buildings and property. Staff were very sweet and kind. Loved the community seating in the dining area- met two lovely ladies and enjoyed conversation. Breakfast was delicious! "

The rooms were beautiful, clean, relaxing with everything you would possibly need very impressed with all of the staff nothing was too much trouble for any of them all super friendle xx As for food its second to none just lovely .would recommend to everyone. "Easy access to picking up key after midday so able to come and go as please. Lovely room with facilities and views. Fantastic cooked breakfast with plenty of other choice. Fantastic and friendly host. Would definitely recommend."
