Overall great experience. Indoor pool is 1.3 meters (4ft) no floaters for young kids. Breakfast is expensive and should have a bigger selection and food needs to be kept fresher, one of our kids got sick from it. However, everything else was great! Simply put, we would stay here again!!!

Four Seasons Pudong truly displayed the essence of luxury and relaxation. It is by far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The amenities were top notch, the hotel staff was the nicest I've ever come across. Upon arrival, we were upgraded, we had access to the business center which included complimentary drinks and light fare from 5:30-7:30. We also had our own area for breakfast. It was a great addition to our stay. The gym was great! Lots of machines and options to choose from and the pool will leave you speechless. The make out stay even more incredible I'd like to mention some of the staff. Momo-coneriege- was so helpful, because we loved the hotel so much we decided to extend our stay an extra night, and she changed our flights for us. Fifi-reception- gave us some great tips for the city, she also extended our check out which was really a great help! Cici-business center- was so sweet. I let her know that I was a strict vegetarian ( much of the food was cooked in animal fat) and she walked me through everthing at business center. She kept our drinks flowing, and was really a deligh. Hopefully you enjoy your stay as much as we did.
