Couldn't of asked for a better hotel experience in our China/Hong Kong travels. It was too bad we had to leave it to continue our travels. We must of lucked out and got a suite because it was very big with a separate living room area, a wet bar, a large master bedroom area, a bathroom with a sauna and heated floors. The king size bed was extremely comfortable.
Very nice hotel with good location, nice room condition and friendly staff. From Pudong airport to hotel, it took less than 30 mins by Maglev and MTR (one stop). Also, it took about 20 mins by MTR to downtown areas such as Nanjing Ru or Pudong financial district. Would stay here again next time.
"Great stay, wonderful service , bad Italian food"
Staff is extremely friendly and polite, room bathroom was not particularly clean, especially fingerprints all over glass door at shower and water closet. Food was acceptable however lacks variety at breakfast. Food at Italian restaurant was very bad, we returned dishes and ordered different ones but they were just as terrible . Over cooked pasta, frozen fish cubes served over a sauce that smells worse then cat food. Staff was very friendly to bring new dishes and brought a pizza, the pizza Dough and cooking method were comparable to a microwaved pizza, simply not good. However , nice wine selection and a good salad was available . We will visit the hotel again but avoid the Italian restaurant .
Serene and sexy, engaging and exclusive, Four Seasons Hotel Pudong offers an ambiance inspired by Shanghai Moderne and dialed …More
This hotel is very affordable for a 5 star hotel. Staff speak English and very helpful. We only eat breakfast there but lunch & dinner at the surrounding restaurants approx 2 -5mins walk from the lobby. (Across road ). Free Wifi Internet but Facebook and all Google services are restricted. I VPN out while I was there to post on Facebook, they got on and blocked by VPN connection as well. Lol. Taxi available outside the lobby. Love the hotel and stuff. Thank you for a great experience from my wife and I.
A bustling center of commerce, Lujiazui's skyscrapers form the city's iconic skyline. The Jin Mao Building and Shanghai World Financial Center, the tallest building in China, are here, alongside the poetic silhouette of the Oriental Pearl Tower, where you can step into the sky on its glass bottom deck. Visitors can tour the Shanghai Science & Technology Museum or ferry to the historic Bund district.
