No-one speaks English, i know we are in China and i wouldn't expect everyone to speak English, but no one does. So make sure you have a translation app installed on your phone. Restaurant is only open till 8.30pm for full menu, restricted menu there after till 10pm the SPA only had one person working so if there are more then one of you you will have to wait. Also, the hotel states that it has air condition. The air conditioner was blowing air but not cold air. Our room stayed at a balmy 77 degrees f. I will say, they did try to change our room but the air conditioner was not cool. It was a hotel wide issue. The manager understood and offered us free dinner buffet. He was very nice and professional. Ask questions directly to the hotel before booking. This hotel is absolutely beautiful.
