Despite an upgrade at check in the service was very patchy, no bath robes until day 2, no one a seeing phone for ages etc. A classic building but looking tired, fake speaker by tv had collapsed in revealing nails, exposed and antique plugs, rattling air con etc. The one thing it has going for it is location

部屋にはバスローブが無くまた空調の音がうるさいので部屋を変えてもらったが、その部屋にもバスローブがなくまたスタッフを呼び持ってきてもらうはめに。ルームサービスも無く、VIPアクセスになっていたが何の特典もなかった。リッチの割に安い理由が分かった。景色だけの四つ星ホテルと割り切れるなら使っていいホテル。五つ星のサービスは決して期待出来ないホテル。

上海デラックスの部屋は、お風呂の眺望や、部屋からの景色が良かったです。朝食はチョット残念でしたが総合的に良かったです。外灘の立地を考えるればコスパも良いと思います。

뷰는 5성급 서비스는 2성급

바로 와이탄에 있습니다. 잘 고르신다면 푸동 동방명주와 와이탄을 함께 감상하실 수 있습니다. 욕실도 넓고 욕조도 크고 좋았습니다. 위치와 뷰는 좋은데 조식은 정말... 별로예요. 2성급 조식정도. 직원들이 전체적으로 서비스 별로입니다. 문앞 벨보이라고 해야 하나요.. 뭐라 부르는 호칭을 몰라서 암튼 그 분은 손님이 들어오든 말든 핸드폰만 보고 있었고 프론트 직원 중 남자 분은 한 일주일이상은 머리를 안 감은 것 처럼 머리 전체가 기름에 하얀 비듬가루가 머리 뿐만 아니라 어깨까지도 ㅠㅠ 처음 그거 보고 호텔 잘못 왔구나 프론트 직원이 저 정도면 룸 상태가 어떨지 걱정이 됐어요. 다행히 룸은 크고 뷰도 좋았어요. 서비스는 기대하지 마시고 뷰만 보신다면 괜찮은 곳 같아요~

景色は綺麗です。

ホテルの立地はよく、外灘にも歩いてすぐで、部屋から浦東の景色も見れます。また、最寄り駅からは10分前後です。私の部屋は浴室にバスタブが付いてて、バスタブの窓から見える浦東の夜景は綺麗でした。逆に上記とベッドが広い以外はごく普通のホテル。基本的には問題ないのですが、枕元に一切コンセントがない、ウォシュレットはあるが動かない、予約時に部屋に付いてると記載があったバスローブが無い、等致命的ではないが細かいところで少し気になる点がありました。朝食は中洋を最低限と言った感じです。今回は割引されてて一泊1000元弱だったので適正価格だと思いますが、定価だと立地の良さを踏まえても割高だと感じます。

Literally ON the Bund.

Brilliant hotel that couldn’t be any closer to the Bund if it tried-wonderful. A great suite with a gorgeous view of the Bund itself. Bathtub in room is a decent size considering it’s Asia (some tubs are kinda small).

The room is well decorated and clean. However, the hotel management needs to step up their games. It took almost one hour queuing in line before I could check in, which I According to the staff, it was because there was a sudden surge of booking, which didn't make sense to me.

The hotel is located at a very convenient spot, within a short walking distance to the metro station and the Bund is at your doorstep. Great view from the room and restaurant. However the facilities were not well maintained and cleanliness was not up to scratch. Staffs at the reception were not particularly pleasant and did not leave a great impression.

Need to get up in service level again.

the hotel a good location, but it's not neer to be a 5 star hotel. the room's are getting old and need to be fix. the breakfast is so bad, and it's clearly to see that the try to save money becaurs it have been a bad year. bread was 1-2 days old, there was also only 2 persons to do the service and they was not able to do this work alone, i was waiting 45 minutes to get breakfast but it did not come, and i need to go to the airport. i hope the hotel can get the service back to normal again but now i will not go there

除了江景其它連便捷旅店的水準都不到

The location of the hotel is great, right on the Bund. The size of the room okay and we had a decent view of the river. The hotel is a little older than we expected. The service was completely lacking. Maybe it was because of Covid-19 and they had a back up team servicing the hotel. The front desk guy spoke great English, but not that friendly. We ordered breakfast and what came was completely different, two days in a row and it wasn't even that good. Meh.
