This hotel is excellent. Its location is great both close to the Bund with its river & impressive buildings. Most can be seen from the hotel. Also by Yu Gardens which has shops stalls & food venues. Our room was amazing 2 rooms. Bedroom with sliding door to a large wide terrace with 2 comfortable chairs. Enormous TV. Bath area large free standing tub. Large walk in shower with 2 shower heads. Incredible cleaning toilet. Luxury bathrobes. Hanging area & storage. Full fridge with complementary water & soft drinks. Tea & coffee facilities too. Highly recommended

Amazing stay! The Hotel is absolutely amazing. Breakfast is indeed the best part, very good food with a very nice restaurant and the staff is always very nice. Cleaning us perfect and the location is also great. It was our first time in Shanghai and we really feel like we picked the perfect hotel and had an amazing stay!

Overall it’s a clean and comfortable place. Nice staff, nice chief - awesome breakfast Things not perfect: With the price of $200+ a night, I expected my room a bit bigger. The restroom is a bit smelly. The elevator is too small and slow and runs inefficiently. No shuttle to the airport.

Great location close to the Bund and Yuan Garden. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable with lots of options and staff at hotel were attentive. The gym and rooftop bar were closed -rooftop since 2024. That was disappointing because I picked hotel partially because of having a gym and outside bar/seating area

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and it is a great place to stay. Convenient and close to The Bund. Breakfasts are great at the hotel and the staff are attentive and thorough. I definitely recommend it as a place to stay.

The hotel is great but when we were checking in, the reserved room was not available and I had to switch rooms. I specifically wanted to have the room with the view as I was staying only for one night in Shanghai. The staff was very nice trying to offer an upgraded room but without a view. However, it was a bit disappointing. I ended up paying more for another room with he river view and asked for two additional beds to put my kids to sleep as it was a just a King size bed room. First they said ok, and then they brought just one bed. So again, it was a bit disappointing and lack of communication. As it was just one night it was not super inconvenient. 3 of us had to sleep in one bed and we had an amazing view but overall impression was not so satisfying.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Blossum. The room was so spacious, loved the huge bed, so comfy. Separate shower room and toilet was great. Also enjoyed coffee in the morning on the balcony. Close to the bund, but quiet as well. The breakfast has a large variety of things to choose from at the buffet. Would definitely stay again.

It is minutes away from popular tourist attractions, such as the bunk, Yuyuan, and Nanjing Road. The laundry is free and open 24 hours which is very convenient for travelers. The in room minibar is free and satisfying thirsty very well.

I spent two nights at Blossom House on the Bund with my three children. Pros: the room and lobby are all extremely well appointed. The finishes are luxurious and the bathroom is amazing! We loved the free minibar as well. Cons: the hotel location does not appear on maps, the lobby opens onto an unpleasant street, there were often lines for the elevators, and the lobby, gym, and halls all had a pervasive sewage smell.
