When I found out the hotel is not located at Xuhui and cannot get there by metro, I asked to cancel and refund, but cannot get refund. In spite of It is not walking accessible hotel, but the information is not correct as 7 minutes from metro station. This is first case after I traveled with Expedia from 2014, more than 30 nights stay. Further worth, I contacted several times about this and report cancel due to unable access, but no contact and explanation is done as of today, holiday inn group has more than 10 hotel in Shanghai and the data on Expedia is incredible. Booking through Expedia is not commendable but Holiday inn official site.
