"Lovely clean room. Cudtomer service always there for you. Nice to get in and make a cup of coffee. Lots of towels! Shower really nice and easy to use. Property *needs* to tell people on booking that you check-in down the street and not actually at the suites. For people that have appointments or somenody in a wheelchair, i just found it a bit unfair to find out this only after arriving and calling the number on the door. And the other guests staying were all saying the same upon meeting...
