When we came back, they said they fixed it. The following day we had a knock on the door of workers to fix it. It was never fixed."

"El hotel está muy bien ubicado, caminando a solo unos minutos de Central Park, a una calle arriba de la calle Broadway… en fin todo muy cerca para llegar a donde quieras sin problema. Las instalaciones del hotel también súper bien, en realidad todo lo calificaría excelente si no es porque solo funcionaba un solo elevador, y ahí sí que era una pérdida de tiempo porque te llevaba hasta 20 minutos de espera. Volvería a llegar sin duda, solo verificaría que funcionaran los elevadores."
