35 m² terraced house located in a residence close to the beach and shops in St Jacques en Sarzeau.  
On the ground floor:  
\- A living room with a sofa bed type sofa bed overlooking the garden  
\- A kitchenette with dishwasher  
\- Wc   
On the first floor :  
\- A room with a double bed 140   
\- A small room with two single beds in 90  
\- A bathroom with shower/wc  
NB: beds equipped with duvets.  
  
Outside:  
\- A small enclosed garden with a terrace equipped with a garden furniture   
\- A numbered parking space

\- No wifi. Possibility to rent a mini-bow Wifi = 39 €/weel or 6 €/day
