The nearest neighbors are oyster farmers where you can taste oysters. Close to the coastal path and in a protected area. Ideal for hiking, nature and swimming. Sarzeau is a lovely small town with all essential shops. The holiday home is 2 km from Brillac, where you will find a grocery store, bread and a tobacco shop.\\n\\nBed linen and towels available on request, for an extra fee.\\n\\nThe accommodation includes a large living room, 2 bedrooms and 4 beds:\\n- On the ground floor: living area with kitchen, dining room and lounge with fireplace (wood in the garden), a toilet, a bedroom accessible via one step (1 double bed 140 cm) and a washbasin in the room.\\n- Upstairs: a bedroom (1 double bed 140 cm) with bathroom and toilet.
