Located in Sarzeau, this 75 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The bedrooms can be arranged for a couple with 2 children using the available baby bed, or for 2 couples by joining the twin beds. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, espresso and filter coffee maker, and a dedicated workspace. Families have access to a baby bed, high chair, as well as shared toys and books for children. Self check-in, heating in the living room and bedrooms, heated towel rail in the bathroom, and a barbecue are also provided.

Please note, bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request, available for an extra fee. Cleaning is the guest’s responsibility. Please leave the property as clean as you found it.



Parking is available on-site (1 space) and on the street. The property is close to public transport and just 1 km from the beaches. Events are not permitted and the neighborhood’s tranquility must be respected.
