### Ty Smag - Jolie T3 à côté du Port de Vannes

Cocoonr agency offers you, this charming 63 m² flat which can accommodate up to 4 people, is available to rent in Vannes. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, bathroom (with shower) and separate toilet. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 30 m² living room with TV  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190) and 2 single beds  
\- A bathroom with shower  
\- Separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.  
  
The flat is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.  
  
Transport :  
\- If you are coming by car, you should be aware that parking is free in the rue du logement, but spaces are limited.  
\- Alternatively, you can use the nearby Q-Park du Port car park (pay parking).
