"Location was very good, convenient to buses, shops. Short walk to town center. The rental was as described, with the exception of the following: floor looked clean, but needed a good washing, as our feet got dirty quickly. The patio, which had a lot of weeds and the patio furniture was dirty, with an ashtray full of old cigarette butts. The mattresses need upgrading as we could feel the springs and made for not the best nights sleep. The blinds in the front bedroom looked like they had been...

"Spotless and comfortable pad clise to Cheltenham centre"

"Really clean beautiful apartment, right next to the town centre. The only problem for us is it’s right on the main road into Cheltenham and it’s used as a race track after 11pm. Even with ear plugs, we were kept awake till 2am on both nights. Not the owners fault as we knew what we were booking, and he was brilliant, but just something to think about if you have come for a relaxing break. No air con, but large fans are provided, so in the summer it’s gonna be pretty warm."

"Property has been decorated to a very high standard. Car park easy to find and access. Very central location. Easy access despite no front desk, just a code emailed to access the car park and room. Higher numbered rooms are quite a walk up a lot of stairs though. Would pay a bit more for a lower floor next time. Called to ask if we could leave the car on the Carpark a little later than midday, and they were happy to help as the rooms weren’t at full occupancy the next night. "

"Roy was the manager on duty when we checked in and out. He helped carry one of our suitcases to our suite! He was awesome and helped out with some local areas to dine and visit. The suite was excellent, slippers and a robe waited our arrival, along with coffee, hot chocolate, tea and milk. Was very clean and a comfortable kind size bed. We loved it."
