"The hotel is magnificent! It is a well kept mansion on a vast piece of greenery. The room is very large and well updated with all the modern comfort. The bed is a true US King size bed rather than a UK King size (which is equivalent to an US Queen size bed). There are many nice sitting/reading areas inside the hotel as well as chairs and tables on the greenery outside of the Hotel. The food at the hotel is also excellent. It is a place where you can just stay inside, relax with a good book to read."

"The Breakfast and the dinner was delicious! Loved the honey cake . Bathroom was small but modern shower. Beautiful grounds lots of flowers and the green house restaurant. Mary and Kara at the reception desk were very friendly and welcoming. "

"This was a last minute trip and didn’t disappoint. The hotel is right in the market square with shops and bars and historical buildings all within a short walk. Our suite was fabulous and had the biggest bed! The staff were all very friendly and attentive and nothing too much trouble. Will definitely return."

"We had a wonderful time at Charingworth Manor. We stayed for 4 days. It was under renovation so there were a few things missing but staff was wonderful. It is located out of town but the Cotswolds are vast and a car is needed. "
