I have over 200 bed bug bites from my stay in room 251 in August 2026. When I checked out early, I was greeted by a cockroach outside my door. The manager, Priscilla, insists that she is unable to get a refund approved.

It was a really nice room, a lot of space, and the pool was nice. That being said, the locking app situation is hard to manage. Also, because of Internet issues, my husband and I got locked in a stairwell for 10 minutes while our kids were in the room. It's kind of panicking. Also, I was really worried if there was a fire or emergency what would happen since all exits are managed by this locking method, even emergency exits. I hope that place has a plan, because it could be a death trap. Luckily we were on the bottom floor so our evac route was the balcony. Locking stairwells seems so so dangerous. But if you don't worry about that sort of thing it's a great place to stay. 😬
