"We decided to eat at the restaurant in the hotel. There was only one person serving. The tables were not clean, and it took a long time to be served. We understood she was busy, but we did not feel well taken care of. The drain I. The bathroom sink was plugged. The cover of the drain in the bathtub was not placed correctly and just sitting on top, and the water was not drained correctly. Under the cover was not cleaned and gooey inside. The person at the front desk seemed to be very professional and helpful in many ways."

"The cabins are well maintained overall, with just a few spider webs in the room and loft. Our family still really enjoyed the stay. Everything was conveniently close by — the restaurant, desserts, and rides — so we didn’t have to go far at all."

"I like the facility and room clean. Staffs are nice. Breakfast is good. Parking is convenient. The only issue is that the room has no closet or hangers in the room. Clothes have to be hung on hooks attached to the wall. It's not only looks messy, but not convenient for hanging up and airing out formal clothes from a suitcase to remove wrinkles."

"The lady at reception was lovely so no issue with service. I asked if there were any facilities and she said no, it's an event hotel - basically for weddings, parties etc. they have a lovely central area with lots of trees and then rooms for people to stay over. All fine. The room however was not good. A long black hair in the bed and another in the shower and it all felt a bit grubby. This could have be overlooked, however the main issue was the noise. The soundproofing was non-existent. We could hear everything from the room above us, and unfortunately for us they stayed up all night doing god knows what very loudly....! I almost called reception at 3am but then thought, what are they going to do? They weren't actually doing anything wrong, the issue is the property. We'd had a long drive that day and had a long drive planned the next day and it was actually quite dangerous not to have any sleep, so I would warn people against staying here unless they have nothing to do the next day. Went over for breakfast but didn't look good so can't comment on that."

"We were pleased with the remodelled hotel until it came time to take showers. There was no water coming out of the faucet. The young man from the hotel was nice but unable to fix. He did offer to change rooms for us but it was late and my daughter was in bed already. We ended up staying in the room with no showers because we were only staying for 1 night. I left a message for management requesting partial refund but did not receive call/email back."
