Very nice design, interior courtyard and hallways overlooking it. Breakfast was decent especially the cinnamon rolls. Not sure why it cost more for a king bed room then two queen beds, seems like more work for the maids to change two beds.

Customer service was good. Continental breakfast was okay. Better than a lot of hotels but nothing to brag about ether. The room appeared clean but was dated with janky repairs so it gave an impression of not being well kept. That being said, probably one of the better options in the area. Several eateries within walking distance was a plus.

Upon arrival, the woman at the front desk was doing something, looking down. I waited for a minute before she looked up. I told we had a reservation and she said, drivers license and credit card. No hello, no smile just rude as if I was annoying her. Ohh that made me mad. After that there was no one at the front desk, ever. The front door locks early and you have to ring the bell. Breakfast was good and our room was nice. Pretty nice area

Clean hotel and convenient to local restaurants. TV did not work, staff fixed but only worked for two hours. All over, had a difficult time with TV staying connected during the two day stay.
