The cleaning staff was great. As for the check in staff…one guy smiled when he acknowledged you but the lady was not friendly at all. The breakfast was just cereal, nice & coffee. Not a place I would stay at again.

My family stayed here for a week, and we found the beds comfortable, the room clean, and the staff were very kind and receptive to our needs. There was plenty of parking, and we felt comfortable. We are glad we stayed here.

The bathrooms have large sinks with no storage. They have baby sized pillows. If you need more pillows don't ask because you won't get them .If you need somewhere to crash for a night its fine. Good location though. Near most of the stuff I was doing.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy the noise it terrible you hear everything from the planes and the cars and especially if you have noise neighbors that slam door at 3 am in the morning over all is ok for the price

I like how close the shops and restaurants were to the property. The guy working the front desk must have been overwhelmed with the power being shut down and maybe worried about customers concerns that he forgot to smile and greet guest. The breakfast was just bread, mini muffins, and yogurt. There were black ants that landed on our body and we couldn't figure out where they were coming from. We brought this up to the guy at the front desk and he said he was unaware of it. It's not a luxury hotel so you get what you paid for.

We stayed at the hotel for about three days. It was comfortable clean, and the staff was helpful. However, the division from the shower to the floor of the restroom was nonexisting. It was constantly filled with water every time you showered the floor was drenched, and we constantly had to ask for towels so that we could place them on the floor and make some sort of barrier for the water which did not last very long it continued to go through to the toilet floor

Very happy with a one night stay. Room was very clean. We were able to check in a little early. The staff was helpful and very pleasant. My only concern is that the shower had no place to put the wash cloth and shampoo so it had to go on the floor. And there were no bars in the shower. Scary for us seniors. Otherwise we would stay again and it's very close to The San Jose Civic.
