"The hotel wasn’t as well maintained as it looked in the photos. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming and the rooms were spacious and very peaceful. The bed sheets could have been newer and the breakfast offering was very basic when we visited. Disappointing considering the amazing stay we had at a previous best western plus. After booking we noticed a previous review referenced bed bugs - we are pleased to say we checked our mattress to find new protectors and zero bed bugs, so don’t let this put you off!"
