Great hotel in a fantastic location. Seems to have been renovated recently and the rooms are spacious and lovely. Unfortunately the windows don't open and the door to the balcony is locked. The breakfast is decent and has what you want. You can request vegan/vegetarian options as well! Staff were lovely and helpful and they have a quick check out option as well.

This is so centrally located, you can walk just about anywhere. Quiet location, and informal style of guest house, but what really made it for us were the wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. I would certainly recommend to friends.

Looks exactly as the online pictures. Very centrally located for restaurants, shops and theatres. If it had aircon would be perfect as it’s quite hot even when not in a heatwave

Lovely place to stay - beautiful part of Bath, we walked everywhere with ease,(galleries, shops, cinema, restaurants etc) and they serve a fantastic breakfast. Sweet staff.

Location is good. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfy and particularly pleased to find fresh milk in the fridge!

This is without doubt the quirkiest and nicest place we have ever visited. The decor and art work is amazing. The staff are exceptional. Each room has a different theme, art work and accessories. It's amazing just to look around the place. They have fantastic chandeliers and the reception area is a must to see. The beds are difficult to get out of. So confortable. Lovely clean room with four poster bed, great breakfast to set you up for the day. Friendly staff & not forgetting snowball the resident cat who sits on the reception desk waiting to greet you. The patio garden opposite is a fantastic place to sit at the end of the day with a drink looking across to a floodlit Wells Cathederal. Hotel is situated just around the corner from the market place. Ample parking at the rear of the hotel.

This hotel is worth ten stars, the staff are so professional and friendly, food is amazing, spa is upkept to perfection standards and extremely relaxing, all set in the the most beautiful surroundings. Beds very comfortable, especially the pillows, rooms are large and when you drive away from this piece of heaven, you start booking your next stay in your mind.
