A superb hotel which must be praised for the friendly attention and professional assistant of all the international team.

We booked this at the very last minute after having to deviate from our ski touring plan around Saas Fee. The staff were really nice and friendly, the rooms clean and functional with nice views and the breakfast was excellent and really good value.

Loved our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! The shuttle service from the train station was so helpful when we arrived (messaged beforehand). We also loved the breakfast and sauna.

This hotel was everything I dreamed. The rooms were stunning, beds comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, amazing view of the Matterhorn from our balcony on the second floor. Breakfast and our evening meal in the restaurant were both lovely, with a wide choice for breakfast options. We enjoyed some time in the indoor pool and spa. Stayed in a family room with an awesome view of matterhorn from the balcony. Room was big by swiss standards and the bathroom was also nice with natural light from rooftop. Breakfast is also very good. The spa and swimming pool facility is also superb. Staff was helpful and infact also got my broken bag handle repaired thus saving me the headache of going to town to find a repair shop. Will definitely stay here next time.

The perfect choice of hotel for skiing in Zermatt! Right in the heart of the main town close to all amenities, ski lifts (walking distance/free bus) & the old town wooden barns which are so picturesque. The entire town is actually! Lovely hotel with great staff.

Stayed for two days ending a week trip in Switzerland, at this welcoming and friendly hotel in Grindelwald. The family that runs the hotel were very helpful and answered every request big and small, from bringing up a tea kettle to packing a breakfast for our early departure to checking the weather along the mountain trails before suggesting hiking route options.

From start to finish. This hotel was a dream. Everything you see is what you get and a bit more. The staff were all so lovely and polite.
