"Ac didn't keep room cool. Bathroom door would not shut, toliet paper roll broken. Stairs to carry luggage, elevator you had to change."

"As soon as we entered the hotel, the entire lobby smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We also did not find the staff particularly welcoming. When we arrived on our floor, there was a strange odor throughout the hallway, along with an empty water bottle left out, which gave a poor first impression. Overall, the hotel looked nothing like the photos advertised online. Once we entered the room, things did not improve. The room did not feel very clean — there was what appeared to be a beard hair stuck to the bathroom soap holder. The “queen bed” advertised was actually two smaller beds pushed together, which made for a very uncomfortable and springy sleep. Sadly, this was our worst hotel experience in Rome, and we would not recommend staying here."
