I cannot find any fault with the hotel or the staff
As you get off the train from airport turn to the right when inside the station it is a 1 minute walk and little hard to find as their signage is not overly clear use GPS.

"Great hotel. Only 20 minute walk from the train station. Rooms were clean and the property is beautiful. The food at both restaurants was amazing. The staff were kind. Absolutely reccomend."

A 10 minute walk from Termini station. 2 minute walk from the Metro (Vittorio Emanuele). 25 minute walk to Colosseum - or any of the usual spots. Bars, restaurants and mini-marts in the surrounding streets. Nice breakfast. Happy to help staff."
