The ultimate in loft-style living. The Lighthouse Loft is fab, a great coastal escape with style and character. This second floor quirky two bed apartment on St James' Green has awesome sea views all round and is just stone’s throw from the beach. Perfect for a family or couples looking for a great British seaside holiday!
Southwold is a traditional coastal town famous for its pier, lighthouse, pastel coloured beach huts and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs.
Sleeps: 4 in 2 bedrooms Beds: 1 x 5' king size bed, 2 x single beds.
Accommodation Entrance: from St James's Green via a wide exterior staircase to a first floor lobby and door to Lighthouse Loft. Interior staircase into the large open plan living area. Open plan living/kitchen area: sofas, dining table, chairs and benches, vintage sideboard, fireplace with open fire, fitted galley style kitchen; gas oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Sea views. Master bedroom: 5' double bed, bedside tables, lamps, armchair built-in wardrobe. Sea views. Bathroom: bath with shower over. WC, hand basin, washing machine. Bedroom 2: twin beds, built in wardrobe and shelves, bedside table, lamps, chest of drawers, armchair, views over Southwold to the sea.
Entertainment: flat screen TV with Freeview & BT Smart hub, radio, Parking: on street parking available. General: WiFi. Bedding and towels provided. The apartment has gas central heating and an open fire. A small basket of logs and kindling is provided on arrival (November-March). Central heating. No smoking. Pets: one well behaved dog is welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee. Dogs should not be left unattended in the property. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
