Service was very hands-off; meaning, in the two nights I stayed there, almost no staff even greeted me. The room was small but sufficient. Food was subpar. Really disappointed that there was no fitness center.

I recently spent three nights. The facilities, while showing signs of age, offer good value for money. The food was average. However, the standout feature was the staff who made the stay great with their hospitality. During my visit, there were ongoing upgrades, and it's worth noting that it was not the peak season. This is a beautiful hotel, small, intimate, characterful with lovely furnishings. The pool is a great size for lengths, and the beach very close by. I would return here gladly, at any time, but for one problem: the food is terrible. The menu is huge but most of the dishes (including for example all the pizzas )unavailable. No Tunisian specialities. A big disappointment. The wine list needs ABV indications eg 11%, 12%, 13%, to avoid hit and miss! Such a disappointment as otherwise a wonderful place.
