We like the hotel: the staff, a room overlooking the sea, free for dogs, decent breakfast and easy access to walks and the town. And the station is not too far away."

"Beautiful hotel, classic early 1900's style. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the pool was out of commission for the duration of our stay but they offered us alternative spa treatments instead. My one recommendation would be to allow guests to lock their doors from the inside and to provide hooks on the outside of all doors to allow "Do not disturb" signs to be hung up. We had neither and a member of the cleaning staff came into the room whilst we were in bed asleep. The staff were very apologetic and this issue can be easily avoided with the above solutions."
