Best customer service, real genuine staff. Travelled with two dogs and the room with patio doors straight onto a garden area is brilliant. Our room was large and very comfy. They supply our two dogs with beds each , food and drinking bowls, towels , bedding, treats!!! Superb service. Breakfast was delicious too! Highly recommend . They have indoor pool too which we didn’t use.

This is an amazing find. The decor and atmosphere really stunning. The staff attitude and manner fantastic. Facilities brilliant and food terrific. I can’t rate this highly enough. Two small thoughts. For bad weather coat hooks just inside bedrooms would be useful. For lone female travellers a secondary lock/chain/fastener on door would ease any concerns. I actually put a chair by the door probably overly anxious about nighttime’s but it’s a consideration. Thank you once again I will definitely book again.

This hotel deserves 5 stars. Brilliant stay and dog friendly Shared a moving moment, was checking out on Remembrance Day and stood by the bar and reception area in silence for two minutes with the staff. Thanks for an excellent service.
