Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa

Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa

8/10 Good
"The staff were super helpful and accommodating. We booked an afternoon tea which was delicious but was extremely slow and then we saw a mouse keep on running along the floor, to which one waitress was completely unbothered by and brushed it off to be expected of in the countryside! I also found a used contact lense lying on top of the duvet in my room."

"Stayed here before my wedding and Patrick was so welcoming - we had a lovely time however they don’t have a laundry service or a steaming service or normal hangers to hang things which was a bit hard. Everything else was great"

"The Wilde is super convenient to Cambridge attractions within walking distance. Every staff interaction was helpful and pleasant. Though rooms are fairly small, due to thoughtful design, they do not feel cramped. We would stay in a Wilde Aparthotels property again."

"Overall, it's a decent hotel. There is nothing special about it, but it's good. The lobby is very nice, with restaurant and drinks available. The food and drinks were good. The staff was very nice and welcoming. My only real complaint is that water got hot, but it did not get really hot, and the water pressure was terrible. With all that said, I would stay there again"
