A couple of things I think to improve on. 1\. Have the hot tub ready for guests to get in once they arrive. We waited an hour & a half to heat before it was warm enough. 2\. A mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cold & milk rather than have to collect from the restaurant. Lastly, not sure there is any need for the green fire exit lights above the doors in a small room. Lit the room up at night which affected our sleep. On a positive, staff all so friendly & accommodating, food was excellent & a vast selection of drinks.
