We call the house Casa Corbeteña after a rock outcrop in the Pacific famous for fabulous fishing. Brand new and professionally decorated, the condo has a private heated infinity pool on its large covered terrace from which one can see the beautiful Riviera Nayarit sunsets. The chef's kitchen is fully appointed with Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine and any and all appliances you might require. Casa Corbeteña guests will enjoy the Premier Golf Membership offering play on both of the two Jack Nicklaus designed golf courses, professional tennis and pickle courts, full fitness center and access to all of the 5 private beach clubs within the Punta Mita gates. Go for a beautiful morning walk or bike ride on the miles of paved trails throughout the property or jump in the included, new, 6 person golf cart and head to the beach for surfing, sailing, paddle boarding, snorkeling or just lounging. \*Premier Membership Access: Punta Mita now requires individual resort access cards for guests using the amenities. The view is incredible...especially at sundown. We loved the staff for our condo that graciously cooked and cleaned for us. Such a treat! It's a great location as well. We loved walking to Sufi beach club and all others were an easy golf cart ride. Was great to be near the St. Regis as well which is within walking distance. Having just been at Las Marietas in Feb 2024, I thought we would try another property. This property is nice, lots of room, fully stocked kitchen, housekeeper very nice, process easy with concierge. Large heated, plunge pool was great. The complex has a nice workout facility and a pool (neither of which we used). I wish I had booked Las Marietas instead. Tau is above a road, then massive houses, then the water. Google map it. Fair amount of traffic noise in the morning (8:00), then in evening (6:00). There is a house still under construction across the street and one that we could see up the road (but did not hear noise from). Across the street house looks like it should be complete by summer 2025\. Buildings finished on the outside. Landscaping to be done.They are still working on build out of the interiors. Since we were gone most of day, not a problem. But when back 4-6pm to get out of sun and relax before dinner, the power saw noise was irritating. To be fair, I did not hear a tool before 8:30 am any morning. All the workers left by buses by 6:30 pm. The patio was lovely and lots of whales to watch but not as peaceful with the power tools. To contrast, the unit in Marietas was on a golf course hole and distanced from the road and mega houses. Small negative about this unit, primary bathroom shower basin (on right side) would fill up after water ran for 3 minutes. Drain needs to be unclogged. ##### Amy P.
