"The staff were amazing. Always greeted us when walking past the desk. The cleaning staff as well were great. We did have our do not disturb sign hanging from the door the entire trip but the cleaning staff made sure to accommodate us and provide any and everything we needed when asked. I stayed from July 2nd - July 6th, and my birthday was the 4th. The front desk staff helped my friends and family set up a celebration surprise for me in our hotel room, and even provided cakes and balloons. Huge shout out to staff member Marcos for making it happen. I would stay here again."
