The hotel has absolutely stunning views across the sea making each morning magical as you see the sunrise.
The food was tasty with plenty of options.
Drinks are branded and water always available (although not stored in your room despite there being a fridge in the room).
Pool area is clean with beds a plenty. No need to rush in a morning to get one.
There is a coastal path and a few shops close by although I came just to lounge by the pool so didn’t see much of the local vicinity.

Great hotel with views of the sea and the mountains. Wonderful buffet with so much choice and a different theme each evening and entertainment that made it even more special. Parking, nice restaurants and shops nearby. Would definitely go back.

Service is on point, really amazing staff. Lorena at reception was very helpful. Rooms are nice and spacious. Pool staff were so nice, especially Ginscar. Breakfast could be better, the sausages were very oily and the hollandaise sauce on the eggs royal was not hollandaise, expect better from the Ritz. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room on the second day sadly, think there might have been a confusion when we asked them to come back later.

Fantastic property. Staff very helpful. Lovely pool area and local tennis club. Area is very quiet - only slight drawback to this was needing taxi’s to get around but for 10-15€ could be in one of the local villages for shopping and really good restaurants etc.

Lovely rooms with a swim up pool, perfect for privacy peace and tranquility! Great breakfast each morning and views were just breathtaking!
Staff friendly and all went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay! Room cleaned twice a day and the place was modern x ideal get away for a couple or someone just wanting some peace and quiet. Local shop and bars about 5-10mins away in taxi, a little too far to walk!

This hotel is overall fantastic.
The service is first class and it's spotlessly clean.
There is no beach as such although there are two a short walk away.
Food and drink at the hotel is expensive but there are several restaurants close by within easy walking distance. This hotel is in the upmarket area so these restaurants are also quite pricey so bring twice the money and half the clothes!

We booked a last minute short stay and after seeing all the positive reviews chose this place.
Only ten minutes from the airport via motorway, we were greeted at the hotel driveway entrance by a very welcoming gentleman who was part of the concierge team who directed the taxi to the hotel reception and made us immediately feel welcome and at ease. On arriving at the hotel entrance the other members of his team took our bags and we checked in at reception, where we had the pleasant surprise of...

From the first moment of our arrival to the minute we left, the staff were phenomenal and really made this feel like a special holiday! They really could not do enough for us!

Overall myself and my girlfriend enjoyed a brilliant stay at this hotel, all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Our room had a decent view but wanted an upgrade spoke with reception and gave us a few to choose from with a price of course but well worth it as we got a fantastic panaramic view. If your taking a taxi to the airport I'd buy a ticket from reception as it's a fixed cost of €26... also complimentary room after checkout helps if you have a evening flight home but want to...

Hotel has been totally refurbished to a very high standard. A lot of thought and attention to detail has gone into ensuring clients are comfortable and want for nothing! There are some lovely touches - too many to mention!
The only qualm we had is we paid for an Ocean View Room but was more a partial/side view - there appears to be only a handful of ‘true’ sea view rooms, so we’ll be mindful of this when booking next time. THIS WAS SOMETHING MINOR in an otherwise great stay.

We had a lovely stay at the jardines de nivaria- a fantastic hotel in a great location right in the centre of Adeje. It has direct access on to the beach and the row of shops and bars in Adeje. The recent refurbishment means the rooms are clean and modern but the hotel still retains the Art Deco vibe in the common areas. The staff are what make this hotel truly 5star though - always friendly, helpful and polite and we could not fault them. The hotel is aimed at the older clientele - which suited...

Family of 4. Superb value for money. 3 pools to keep kids entertained (4th adults only) with some good entertainment. Restaurant overlooking sea was superb. Speciality italian was exceptional standard. The friday night white party was one of best parties ive been to in a hotel. Would pay for that!
3 minor points. No ice cream during day for kids unlike other all inclusive brands. Glass allowed around pool. Sports pool was cutting so many peoples (4+ a day) feet after water polo but lifeguard...

Our second visit to the property was beautiful and peaceful as before.
I would prefer the rooms to be cleaned after10am allowing time to shower, enjoy breakfast and to tidy away our personal belongings for the cleaner.
We particularly liked the pretty setting and the authentic Canarian country house atmosphere. The tea and coffee facilities available to guests was really helpful too.

The hotel was lovely. Its motto is "Charm and Sensitivity" and it lives up to the title. It really is a very charming place. Everywhere in the hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We could leave the patio doors to our balcony open and wake up to hear the waves on the beach below - very romantic. The housekeeping staff were lovely and Monica at reception very helpful.

Which area of Puerto de Santiago, Canary Islands, Spain is best to stay in for golf?
For golf enthusiasts, the eastern and central parts of Puerto de Santiago, particularly near Playa de la Arena and the main road leading to Los Gigantes, offer the most practical base. This area provides excellent access to local amenities and positions you perfectly for convenient drives to the superb golf courses scattered across south Tenerife.
If your primary focus is to be as close as possible to a golf course or to enjoy golf-oriented accommodation, then venturing slightly outside Puerto de Santiago to the La Caleta or Costa Adeje areas is highly recommended. These locales are known for their direct proximity to golf resorts and provide stunning views of the courses, offering an immersive golf experience.
While Puerto de Santiago itself provides a great all-around holiday experience with its restaurants and beaches, it's worth noting that the very best golf-centric lodging, such as the La Caleta Golf Resort, is found in the neighbouring areas.
