"This was wonderful. We were greeted each morning to a gaggle of Nene (the Hawaiian state bird and very endangered species). The condo was just right not fancy but clean and comfortable with an amazing view. You must spring for the ocean view. The beach is a great snorkeling beach, we never had more then 10 people to share it with. The kitchen was fine and we were able to make everything we wanted (I might bring a sharp knife next time). The staff was friendly and helpful. We felt safe enough to...
"The view from the condo was great! The furnishings were very Hawaiian and made you feel the island vibe. Very clean and wonderful area of the island."
"Aging property but this unit has been partially updated. Great location in Princeville and all of the amenities we needed, but the condo is just well worn and could use some TLC. "
"Certainly the location and views are the best you can get! None come close.
The bed in main room was extremely soft and unusable. It was so soft it hurt to try. But fortunate ly the 2nd bed was okay and we were able to enjoy.

I cannot recommend this resort enough.
The condo is good sized with high end full size kitchen and laundry facilities. The living room opens on to a spacious balcony through openable doors with a view of lagoon and golf course.
The fact that there is daily housekeeping is a huge plus. Estate is beautiful and close to ocean. Please bear in mind there is no beach at the hotel.
Bikes are available to take, the first hour of which is free which is helpful to see the vast resort.

We came just after the hurricane and the owner was so helpful as we had no power by cooking dinner for everyone on the first night and constantly making sure everyone’s phone was charged. Thank you so much!

Everything was good with this stay. The only issue was having to pay (Unexpectedly) $30 a day to park at the hotel. This was surprising when you dont have to pay to park at the domestic airport! Anyway nice resort but be aware that Princeville is an extremely expensive part of the Island with what must be the most expensive supermarket in North America - Foodland nearby.

Nice beach front resort. Rooms were very nice, balcony was very small. We especially liked the variation of seating around the pool area. Loved the fire pits and comfy chair options. The game room had some fun options for kids and adults to enjoy. Appreciated that the bar music and noise ended at a reasonable time to allow for good sleeping, since we overlooked the pool/bar. The only real negative was the front desk people. Their body language is to make you feel they are annoyed to be...
