"We really enjoyed staying here. The lanai was wonderful. We enjoyed the food at The Terrace in Hanalei and the beach there was our favorite. My husband and son did a fly fishing trip to Anini beach and had a great time. Thanks for a great vacation!"

"This condo is beautifully decorated as described in the listing! And the location is absolutely breathtaking!! We have stayed at Pua Poa twice before and were very excited about accessing the amazing snorkeling right below the complex at Hideaways Beach. So we were all obviously very disappointed to find out that the trail down to the beach is presently closed for repairs. I have not researched to see when it will reopen. But it is something to be aware of as of 8/1/2026.Of course this is not a reflection on Gary's property which is simply top notch!"

"Beautiful condo on the north shore. Situated right next to the fancy 1 Hotel, which is an easy walk. The property is very secluded on its own private cliff. Our kids loved running around on the grass and swimming in the community pool after days at the beach. The condo itself was very comfortable and spacious. Good stock of the kitchen essentials, beach gear, etc. We look forward to visiting again."

"Wasn't sure what to expect at first but this resort exceeded our expectations. The vibe was excellent. The staff extremely welcoming. The facilities and rooms were perfect. Location was fantastic. And that overlook for the sunsets were breathtaking. We stayed at another resort afterwards and it was so underwhelming which made our feelings about Hanalei Bay Resort that much more confirming."
