"Great pools and clean property overall, however the Nene geese leave a lot of poop on grass and pools areas. Clean up is done by staff daily, however one day near building 3 the pool deck was filled with poop and not cleaned for quite some time even with a call to the front desk. Restaurant is decent, but during our late February early march stay, there was no breakfast served at the sit down restaurant. Studio was great with a full kitchen and we had an ocean view room. Wonderful views with our am coffee on the terrace. Walking areas were wonderful as well, for those who love to walk. "

"Great place for a family. Nice pool, good location, great staff and food trucks are a sweet perk to make life easy. If you’re up for walking a mile the beach is right there. My wife has one complaint. The bullfrog was super loud at 3:00 am every morning…so plan for that."

"The property was great! We really wnjoyed how spacious the rooms were. The front desk has trais to borrow for the beach and coolers in the rooms! I would opt for a roomaway from the pool if possible. Quiet hours are 10pm and folks get pretty loud in the evenings at the pool. "

"The sleeping accommodations were cool and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were very nice amenities included in this VRBO. The communication with the property manager was prompt and comprehensive."

"The property itself is beautiful and everything went smoothly at first. However, there were significant issues that impacted our overall experience. We saw multiple roaches in the unit, which was concerning from the start. On our last evening, the unit flooded due to an adjacent rooms problem. We had maintenance in and out for several hours, disrupting our evening. While the issue was eventually addressed, there was no meaningful compensation for the time we were impacted, no move to another unit or urgency to find us another stay. The response felt impersonal and lacking in care, and the only compensation offered was removal of the resort fees, which did not feel proportionate to the disruption. It was disappointing given how much we enjoyed the stay up until that point but the customer service was lacking. Because of these issues, we would not choose to stay here again or recommend this stay. "

"1) The primary problem we had was the wifi. It was unusable. The network (TIKI_HALE) was almost always disconnected or connected without internet. Spectrum technician was called in, tried to fix, but it was unsuccessful. A second request for help wasn't answered. We are writers and use computers/wifi extensively. Had to use our own phone hotspots for entire stay -- at additional personal expense. Had to use hotspot to watch TV too.2) Master bathtub is unsafe. We added a mat and removable grab bar.3) Patio table is badly corroded. Needs to be replaced.4) Front door lock is finicky. We were unable to open house with it -- had to call support to access a lockbox key.5) Interior lighting is dim and one bulb was out.6) Found one bedbug in master bed.7) Had a problem with flies. Purchased fly traps to get under control.8) Kitchen screens fell out in wind. Had to put back in place.9) One faucet in hallway bathroom is faulty.10) Eaves troughs leak and water doesn't reach downspouts."

"We were so happy with this home! It was even more beautiful than the pictures online. It is located in a quiet, pretty neighborhood near a golf course. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any needs we had. The home was very well equipped including the kitchen, yard and pool toys, bikes, scooters, balls, beach chairs etc. We had a large group and felt we could all be together in the main living area comfortably. The decor and bedding was very well done and comfortable. The pool and hot tub gave us a nice break from the beach. The entire backyard is set up for enjoyment. The cutest bar area with a surf board counter and swings for seats was perfect! Lots of seating and places to relax and enjoy the view! A big grass area beyond the backyard made it feel open and spacious! The bedrooms are small but very comfortable and the A/C units made it cool right down on some of the hotter nights. We also loved the gym attached to the garage. It had a little of everything we needed. This was a very well priced house, we got so much a very reasonable rate. We even used the basketball court around the corner most days. I highly recommend this home and this host! "
