Writing this review a few months after our visit. Management company:This property changed management companies after we booked and paid for our reservations. It was something of a nightmare to cancel and re-book with the new company. It took about 25 emails back and forth and numerous reminders and delays and finally cemented the deal only days before our arrival. Once we arrived, we noticed some of the snorkel gear we had expected to use (and described in the property listing) was broken and/or missing. I texted our mgmt contact to get a replacement, but they didn't respond for more than eight hours. That was unacceptable. I wound up renting a set for $19 in Hanalei and it was perfect. I would do that again rather than rely on the provided equipment. However, also provided were beach bags, chairs with storage and handles and towels. That was all really helpful and appreciated. Hopefully the mgmt company has their act together by now. Property review: Stunning. Extremely clean and everything was obviously lightly used. Open architecture, comfy beds, sofas and chairs. The single shortcoming was that the two bedrooms sliding glass doors would not lock easily, and one never locked. A little unnerving but it is very quiet and safe in this complex. We slept with doors open to enjoy the cool breezes. Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked most of our meals at home. I grill a lot, and the provided electric grill was a disappointment, but it worked if you were patient and have it set to 'nuclear', with a long pre-heat.Great ocean view and Kilauea lighthouse in the distance. We couldn't see the surf, but could hear it. The lanai opens on to the 15th tee of the golf course, and we enjoyed watching the variety of golfers and their antics. At dusk, we joined many others and walked all over that section of the course using the cart paths. We could walk right up to the cliff edge and see forever, along with the reefs below - but no
