8/10 Very good! (395 reviews)
There is no central or split/window air conditioning in the rooms. They do provide a cheap floor standing portable AC unit only in the bedroom. Since it is tropical rainforest weather , the rooms stay pretty warm without air-conditioning. We had to request additional pedestal fans to keep us cooler in living area . The condo was not well maintained , creaky door hinges , a super noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom with no separate switch which has to be on if the light is on , no blackout curtains ( no curtains) in bedrooms or living room patio to keep the sun out , only cheap blinds which partially dont work , a broken ironing table, The property is a 10 min leisure walk from the beach/sea-shore and landscaping is good/well maintained and walking dist to a restaurant Kalapaki Joe. The property refunded my amenities fees after I reported all these maintenance issues as a good gesture.
