Short walk along waterfront to bars and restaurants. Clean and well maintained. Upper floor, up stairs no elevator. Small bathroom. Exterior under renovation, but did not inconvenience us. Overall fully recommended, exceeded expectations, would suit family of 4, with space for more if needed. "
