Check‑in was quick and effortless, and every team member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the small touches—like quality toiletries, plenty of charging outlets, and a well‑stocked hospitality tray. "We didn't make it in time to try the restaurant, but the menu looked great, as was the St Austell beer. We received a very friendly welcome and were shown to our rooms in the annex next door. Everything was spotlessly clean and the room had all we needed. Breakfast was from a great selection and we checked out without issue. Fantastic. "
