Overall the majority of the staff were welcoming. However there was an occasion we asked at breakfast time could we have a window table at dinner time. I said that it need not be every night but was told by the restaurant attendant that the system books the tables so they cannot assure my request. I asked to speak to the restaurant manager and after rolling her eyes she said ok. The restaurant manager came and said that the system books table booking on a first come first serve basis so that she cannot guarantee our req . This seems as though humans can’t use their analytical skills to look at what the ‘system’ is booking and adapt it accordingly. The five nights that we were there, only one night was busy where most tables were occupied!

One of the best properties we’ve stayed in! We had a great time - the rooms are stunning, there is so much to do around the property and yet, it was peaceful and intimate at the same time. Highly recommend having all your meals there - the food and staff were a big highlight of our stay. We will definitely be back!
