"The stay was overall excellent and I have only one complaint. During dinner my wife asked for the cheese board and specifically stated no blue cheese,in delivery, blue cheese appeared. When mentioned waiter stated she would inform the kitchen didn't even attempt to change the cheese or take it away. A little thing but not what I would expect from such an establishment."

"The staff were nice and friendly, and it was a comfortable stay. The room had a ironing board, iron and hair dryer. I didn't need to ask as we were going out for the evening and our clothes needed a quick press. I wasn't able to use the other facilities because I didn't take my swimming costume with me. "Nice hotel, got some great parts done ok parts. Check in on Saturday was very slow. Not sure why, but it took 25 mine to get checked in as some customers ahead of us, seemed to take forever to get resolved. Not sure why that was, staff, systems, or booking issues... Who knows, but with only 2 people before us, 25 mins is not great. The hotel is nice though,service is good, rooms are good, no real complaints. The lifts are very slow though and we thought they would break at any time.... Overall though,not a bad stay abd rooms were nice and quiet and comfortable which is the most important thing. "
