Staff very responsive and brought a complimentary bottle of Prosecco to our room as part of our celebrations which was a very nice touch. The room toiletries were very nice. Room a little warm. "Everything we needed was included in the price—breakfast and access to the swimming pool—which was a real plus. However, the family room, and indeed the hotel as a whole, felt rather tired and in need of an update. The breakfast itself was excellent, but the dining area would benefit greatly from new carpet and furniture. That said, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay."
