Fantastic customer service

At check in we were welcomed by Joana who was so helpful and recommended places to see. We stayed in room 303, which is one of the external rooms overlooking the pool and you can even see the sea in the distance. Roll had a big balcony. These rooms have steep stairs and aren’t suitable for people with mobility issues. There was a small table and chairs and a couple of sun loungers. The location was amazing. The staff were so helpful and charming. Our room was perfect and the maid service was wonderful. The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had in a hotel. We just had a really special time

Great location for seeing the city and getting around, good transportation links. very attentive staff and loved the little things like water and coffee at reception and the room fridge with some free drinks after a long hot day exploring the city. Bar and restaurant were also a lovely addition to the experience

Well maintained hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Close to all amenities and the Metro, but nevertheless in a quiet street - 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Nice touches with complimentary port, cherry liqueur and afternoon tea with pastries. We had a sudden need for medical assistance late in the evening and the staff were brilliant in getting it sorted. Extremely comfortable room with all you need, especially, a large bed, comfortable chairs and terrific shower - great for relaxing...

Beautiful hotel in a great location with the most friendly and helpful staff I’ve met anywhere. Room was gorgeous and immaculate and breakfast was superb. Sunset from the rooftop bar was amazing!

The hotel is amongst the best we've stayed in. The room is comfortable with great views over the gardens. The food is good, but what makes the hotel outstanding is the service from the staff. They are very friendly and attentive, nothing is too much trouble and you are always greeted with a smile. The hotel has a unique thermal pool with a constant 35-40oC temperature. The hotel provide robes and towels to use at the pool, which is just as well as the iron rich water stains everything...

From the minute we entered the hotel we were impressed. Staff at reception were amazing.we were taken up to our suite by Paulo he explained everything about the suite how stuff worked, told us about the bars in the hotel he was fantastic. If you can treat yourself to a suite as they are simply amazing. There was nothing we could fault about our stay at this hotel. Breakfast is a must as it’s the best I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. We dined in the restaurant at night and again absolutely...

Perfect location for a break in Porto. Very close to Sao Bento station & the city centre. Rooms were very clean & a good size. Excellent choice of breakfast . Staff very helpful & knowledgeable . Only downside was the absence of a room safe.

The property was located very close to the Fatima pilgramage site. Reception staff were friendly were very welcoming and helpful. Very clean building, rooms were well maintained and cleaned regularly. Breakfast buffet had good selection of food and drinks. Theres also a souviner gift shop in the reception area for last minute gifts.
