"É de lamentar a falta de manutenção desta Pousada. Conheço quase todas as pousadas de Portugal e esta estadia está no pior nível que já experimentei. Os funcionários foram simpatiquíssimos mas tudo o resto foi muito fraco. A Pousada necessita de manutenção sendo incrível como esta tem sido descurada a este nível. Existem multiplas lâmpadas fundidas nos espaços comuns (como é possível? ninguém vê?? Não substituem?? é para poupar electricidade??), a chegada ao quarto 207 é feita à noite...

"We have recently returned from a 6 night stay at the CICIOSO boutique hotel and it was excellent, I can’t fault it. The staff were so welcoming and attentive that they made you feel special. The building itself was beautifully restored, rooms spacious and very clean, bed really comfortable and the pool and area was lovely to relax in after a sightseeing day. Breakfast was included and very substantial with lots of choice hot and cold and beautifully presented. Lunch or snacks were an option for hotel guests with local dishes and competitively priced. Hotel itself was within walking distance to areas of interest, shops and restaurants. All in all we had a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend."

"The staff is really on top of their service game. They Carried our luggage, showed us how to operate the A/C in the room. They noticed our car window was open and asked us if we meant to leave it that way (we hadn’t). Fantastic old school service. Wonderful pool During the heat wave and the grounds and building are unique. We loved it."
