Lovely garden setting a 20 minute walk from Ponta Delgado centre. Full of character and a real antidote to business / tour group hotels. Great staff and swimming pool was perfect for relaxing. Unheard but warm in September.

Such a beautifully appointed accomodation, the views were exceptional. Communication was excellent and we were able to check in 1 hour early. The house itself is stunning and very clean, it smelled amazing as soon as you walked in the door. Breakfast was excellent, all very fresh and a lovely setting. Fabulous hotel with wonderful views over Sintra. Spotlessly clean and staff were very helpful. Very enjoyable breakfast. Highly recommended.

Lovely, charming small hotel in the middle of the old quarter of Ponta Delgado just a short walk to restaurants. Friendly and helpful owners and staff.

The property was finished to an extremely high standard throughout, with fantastic, cosy, cottage like rooms which made us want to spend more time there in the evenings. The hotel was never busy, it only has 9 rooms I believe, and so we were often all alone by the pool which was lovely.

What an incredible place! We spent five wonderful, relaxing nights here. The studios are great for a couple. The view (and sunset) is beautiful. We were looked after so well. Highly recommended.

A stunning oasis in a busy part of town with a (small) pool and beautiful views over the city (at least out of our room). The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Such a gorgeous B&B with amazing views! Our room was separated from the main house, which gave privacy but still with the homely feel. Hosts were amazing and truely made you feel right at home. We also even managed to go for a dip in the pool between the August rain!

Theresa our host was so helpful. She stayed late for our late arrival. Her cooking is lovely if you want a meal in. Beautiful views of the sea from balcony. A much quieter but more beautiful part of the island than Funchal.

Fabulous property in the foothills of Serra da Estrela. Jose is a great host this is all a local accommodation should be. Comfortable with great service, good location and a great pool for when the weather is as warm as it was this week. Highly recommended place to stay in Seia
