Dear SirI am very sorry you had a bit of a bad experience finding us, but this is the first kind of review like this we have had. I cannot comment on your GPS app that you used to find us, and that it might be defective, but we have a large brass sign on the front door, and provide a description in all our welcome emails. We will review this now to see if we can do better.We always send out various contact numbers and emails that we respond to straight away, however we did not receive any communication from you on the day. We also have an external camera bell that connects with us directly.In our welcome email we describe exactly the service that we offer, also stating clearly that it does not have en-suite bathrooms and that we offer shared accomodation.We do have a small leak at present in our flat roof which we are having some difficulty in locating. We hope to have this rectifiied as soon as possible.Best regards

Dear Ms. We are very sorry about the bad points. Our team are continually trying our best so we take your points very seriously. This is the first time I have heard about the bad bed, but I will take a good look at the situation here. On the other guests making noises in the early hours, this is largely out of our control. If you had mentioned this earlier and given us a chance, we would have gladly moved you to our larger room on the other side of the building free of charge and had a word or sent a message to the other guests. As regards the noise from the AirCon unit on the external wall, then this is once again not owned by us and largley out of our control, however we are working on a solution with the owner to have it re-positioned. More guests than not have not found the noise loud, which makes me think that the vent might have been left open in the window. Thank you for you comments in helpng us improve our service.

Thank your for your response. We try to keep our standards very high and the place in top condition throughout. Thank you for stating that you liked the cleanliness. We appreciate that. Since the TVs are all Google Andriod, there is no need for a traditional ariel TV wire, since everything is over the Wifi, it does not work like a normal TV. UK TV and Radio could have been downloaded to watch regular TV. We are here to improve things going forward and we will be letting all our future guests know exactly how to download their preferred TV App from the Google Android store in order to watch TV, Netflix or otherwise.
