"We had an amazing stay . The staff were wonderful extremely helpful and efficient . A really handy location too ,just a stones throw from the centre of Chester and overlooking the canal . Our room was very spacious too . Breakfast was very good and we loved the pool ,the sauna and gym . Overall fantastic"

"Lovely Junior Suite 1709 - rooms were clean. Check-in was quick. The breakfast was all you could eat and had everything you could need. The rooms were well air conditioned and much needed on a very warm weekend. We also got to stroke Queenie, the hotel cat. Would definitely stay again. "
