"We've stayed at this property several times in the past 18 months or so and have always rated in highly in reviews. This time around we felt that the fittings need refreshed. The sofa is stained and the carpets are in need of a clean/renewal. But we'd still come back again. The fittings are modern, the location is peaceful and local amenities are just a short walk away. "It had everything we needed bedding etc was clean. The oven wasn't clean before we got there and toilet brushes needed throwing. Apart from that couldn't fault it it was lovely."

"delightful and charming. lovely cottage. not sure what others had to complain about as we arrived to find the cottage warm and cosy. in fact if anything we had to turn the temperature down. we had a lovely views of the flowing beck and three cows and three ducks. locals were very friendly and the local pub the George was reasonable and generous proportions. haddock and chips take away at an amazing £7.45 was an absolute winner. the welcome pack was the best we have seen with the addition of an...
