"The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff are paramount. The hotel is very clean and as the name suggests has an air of calmness from the minute you enter inside. We enjoy it’s position being close to both the Square and the sea."
"stayed here on a few occasions before the pandemic. first class location. basic rooms, but clean which is most important, however, this time felt it was looking tired and probably needs a refurb. breakfast outstanding."

"Great place "

"Lovely hotel that has everything you need for a family break. The staff are amazing!! Kids club was great and the food is brilliant. You can tell everyone really cares. As well as good food the all inclusive covers great local drinks too. Location is perfect for a short walk to the beach (great spot!) or buses to other parts of the island. One complaint/issue. Pillows are awful! Ended up using cushions to get decent sleep. We had a junior suite and views were terrific. Would definitely recommend for a family hotel."

Buffet at breakfast and dinner was good. Sufficient choice that will keep most happy. Quality was decent if not gourmet.
Only two blocks or a few minutes stroll to the promenade/beach/restaurants if you want a change of scenery.

"This hotel is a gem of a place and we have used it many times.
The views across the bay are wonderful, the staff are helpful and efficient and the Hotel is spotless.
Breakfasts are especially memorable with a unique little Mallorcain table of cold meats, bread, olives and cheese.
Dinner is well balanced for choice and cost..we ate a lovely meal under the pines as the sun set."
