"All and all not a bad little place. Great location close to everything. Parking is close at the central parking lot at Hampton Beach which cost me about 90 bucks for 2 days and 2 nights so you can add parking to the overall cost but not a bad price considering they charge 50 bucks to just park for a day. One thing though, the air conditioner wouldn't stay on. It worked for a little while and then the thermostat on it went up to 86 degrees and stayed there so it wouldn't turn on but everything...

"We chose this property in Swampscott, MA in July 2025 because of its location close to the venue for our daughter’s wedding. What a great decision we made! The location was perfect as we could easily walk to restaurants and the beaches. The 3 bedrooms were good sized, the kitchen was fully equipped, the living room had ample room for the 4 of us and the 2 off street parking spots were great. We look forward to returning to this lovely condo. "

"The place seem to still under construction or renovation. No parking at all. Ac only in bed room so living room and kitchen is hot. The window has not blinds or shade, people can see you showering from the deck. The good thing is that it close to the beach. "
